Sparkling clean. Delicious food. Fresh and beautifully flavored but with a light hand in terms of oil and salt. Not oily or heavy but fresh and delicious. The spice levels have a little kick as others have said, even when ordered mild, which we loved. Absolutely worth the drive over. Just a small counter at the moment for seating, but we did takeout. You can tell the owners care a lot about the food, the cleanliness, and the customers.

I especially enjoy the saag paneer and their vegetable samosas; both are delicious and full of authentic flavor. Ordering is super easy, and I appreciate that you can choose your spice level — such a thoughtful touch. Monsoon has become one of our favorite local spots in Needham!

An authentic Indian cuisine. Ordered chicken, curry, garlic naan, and salmon Tika. All were tasted delicious, fresh and the service was excellent. My favorite Indian restaurant we will be back soon.
Monsoon is a great surprise and a most welcome addition to Indian dining options in the area. The food is delicious, the shop is sparkling clean, the staff is pleasant, and it is a good value, too. We ordered Chicken Tikka Marsala and Chicken Saag at lunch. The spice level was just right and the chicken was fresh and properly cooked. Our side order of vegetable samosas came with two pieces and three condiment side dishes. Technical analysis: fresh, crisp, and yummy. Try them. The shop is designed for takeout but there is a pleasant counter along the window if you want to sit down. The door opens directly to the sidewalk, so fine for handicapped diners. There is parking in the mall, but also across the street. So, even though the mall is busy parking is fine. Vegetarians would be very happy at Monsoon, and children would like it too.
We’ve been getting take out from here for a while and just wanted to share that every time it has been a great experience. One of us has a dietary restriction and they have been incredibly accommodating without declining in quality. Every dish we’ve tried has been fresh and delicious. Highly recommend when you’re craving Indian. Thank you Param and to everyone at Monsoon. Can’t wait to keep trying new things!
